CULINARY

At MOLMARE we offer you delicious, fresh and healthy meals. Our specialty is fish. In May and June we invite you to a unique locally-sourced bale, during the remainder of the season we serve other sea fish and trout and also a great salmon tart. We also have an offer for amateur sous vide and vegetarian. On the order also deserve cream type. Our card is modest but fine-tuned. We often cook ad hoc food depending on what the freshest ingredients we buy on a given day – what the sea fishermen will give or what the local market will offer. As far as possible we try to use local products, obtained directly from farmers and the resources of our garden.
For dessert we offer delicious cakes baked in our kitchen and a glass of icecream liqueur, made by us lilac flowers growing around MOLMARE. Meals are served in the beautiful dining room or on the terrace overlooking the sea.
We also invite guests who are not residents of MOLMARE, however, in the interest of freshness of food, please reserve in advance.
We organize family celebrations, receptions and banquets as well as unforgettable wedding ceremonies. The individually selected menu, the beautiful décor of the rooms with access to the terrace and the floral garden will make the wedding at MOLMARE an unforgettable event not only for the honeymooners, but also the guests. The bride and groom share a flower garden for a photo session.
In the period from September to June, we organize baking courses for cakes and home cakes. On the course you will learn not only the secrets of pastries, but also recipes for delicious cakes.
